You may provide receipt photos, expense details, categories, notes, group information, and account or support details. Receipt content can include merchant, date, amount, tax, tip and line items.
Do not scan documents containing information you do not have permission to process.

Information collected automatically
The app and website may collect device identifiers, product interaction, purchase history, diagnostics, crash data and performance data. The App Store privacy label describes categories for the distributed iOS app.
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic and which pages lead to App Store downloads. Analytics may include page views, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and referral sources.

Service providers and sharing
We may use providers for cloud hosting, receipt processing, subscriptions, analytics (including Google Analytics), crash reporting and customer support. They process information on our behalf under contractual and security obligations.

Storage, retention and security
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the product. Retention can differ by data type and account status.
No security method is perfect. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also control photo permissions and subscription settings through your device and App Store account.

Monira is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their country. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
